NICHOLAS ADAMS, 95, of Punta Gorda, Florida died Sunday, March 25, 2007
at Sandhill Gardens, Punta Gorda.
He was born January 17, 1912 in Pleasantville, New York and moved to
Deerfield Beach, Florida in the Seventies from Westchester County, New York and then
Charlotte County in 2004. Nicholas was a retired electrical inspector for the New
York, NY and a former civil contractor for the U.S. Navy in Trinidad and Tobago.
He was a member of the Westchester Gun Club, life member of the National Rifle
Association. Nicholas was bowler, an avid trap & skeet shooter and loved to hunt. He was a member of the Center for Positive Aging at the Charlotte County Cultural Center
where he had many friends.
Survived by two grandchildren, Katherine (Kitty)(Jim-husband) Marlow of Punta Gorda and Maria (Nick-husband) Alexandrou of Port Charlotte; 5 great grandchildren, Nicholas, Rocco, Anthony, Zachary and Gina Marie. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Gloria Cambareri in 1980, a son-in-law, Rocco Cambareri in 1990 and his wife, Katherine E. Adams in 2004.
