Nina J. Krostue Piazza, 90, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away peacefully August 28, 2013.

Born Nina Julia McLeod on May 10, 1923 in Birch Island, Ontario, Canada to the late Duncan and Ada (nee – Visnaw) McLeod. Nina lived many years in St. Ignace, Michigan and the last 25 years in Port Charlotte, Florida. She continued to stay in touch with friends throughout her life no matter where she lived. Nina had a kind and giving heart and she will be dearly missed. Nina was a wonderful mother and friend to all who knew her.

She is survived by three sons, Micheal (Sally I.) Krostue of Lapeer, MI, Theodore Krostue (Deborah Schouvan) of Auburn Hills, MI, and step son Raymond Piazza Jr. of Normangee, Texas, 5 Grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Nina was preceded in death by her 1st husband Robert Krostue, her 2nd husband Raymond Piazza, daughter, Camille Crowhurst, and Son, Malcolm James Krostue.

A Memorial service and committal will be held in Michigan at a later date.
