Norman was born June 22, 1934 in Providence, Rhode Island and moved to Port Charlotte in 1998 from Connecticut. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Norman was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He was a good man who cared for many and will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Geraldine Deignan; his sons, Patrick Deignan of Gulf Port, FL and John Cisero of Shelton, CT; a daughter, Terri Cisero of Shelton, CT; a brother, Jerry Diegnan of Rhode Island and a sister, Marilyn Guthrie of Acworth, GA; 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
