Peggy was born October 5, 1938 in Fairview Village, Ohio and moved to North Port in 1985 from North Olmsted, Ohio.
She was a life member of the V.F.W. Post 8203 Ladies Auxiliary of North Port. She was a loving lady and will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
She is survived by her loving mother, Evelyn Densmore of North Olmsted, OH; two daughters, Margaret Begany of North Port, FL and Lenore Kassia of Lyndhurst, OH; two sons, Robert E. Gilchrist of Akron, OH and Raymond Gilchrist of North Olmsted, OH; two sisters, Ruth Letwin of North Olmsted, OH and Delores Vannatter of Avon, OH; a brother, Walter Densmore, Jr. of Oklahoma; and 10 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held 10 AM, Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Chaplain Janet
Connell and Officers of the V.F.W. Post 8203 Ladies Auxiliary will officiate. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
