Perla Saavedra was born in the Philippines on January 11, 1946. She was married to the late Raul Saavedra on June 28, 1980 in Chicago, Illinois. A Retired Nurse, she was a member of the Filipino-American Society for many years.
Perla Saavedra is survived by sons Christopher Saavedra, and Renan Saavedra; sisters Myrvene S. Macaraeg and Rosemarie S. Famorcan, and brothers Daniel Santiago and Datuin Santiago in the Philippines.
Viewing will be from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm on Thursday August 02, 2012 at Roberson Funeral Home located on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Friday August 03, 2012 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, both in Port Charlotte.
Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel.
