Born Phyllis J. Cotcher on December 5, 1925 in Pontiac, Michigan, Phyllis, a retired Clerical Clerk for the State of Michigan, wintered in Punta Gorda for 12 years beginning in 1986 from Au Gres, Michigan, becoming a fulltime resident in 1995. She was a member of Punta Gorda Alliance Church, and was a charter and former 25 year member of the American Business Women’s Association in Pontiac, Michigan.
Survivors include her beloved sister, Connie L. Compton of Punta Gorda, and brother, Donald S. Cotcher of Hobe Sound, FL; 7 nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
