Born October 28, 1940 in Coral Gables, Florida. Graduate of Hialeah High School, Hialeah, Florida. Retired U.S. Air Force veteran of Viet Nam, member D.A.V. Chapter 4 of Tampa.
Survived by loving family, wife, Shirley Kay Wager; daughters, Michelle Rena Alderman and Georgia Kay Akers, daughter-in-law, Suzanne C. Wager; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Mr. Wager was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Lee Wager.
Funeral services will be held Friday 2:00 PM, July 26, 2013 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Visitation 1 hour prior. Entombment with military honors to follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte, Florida.
Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home, Port Charlotte Chapel.
