Towne and Joycelyn Hammond. Ric was a great husband, father, PEPAW, friend, and coach of sports and life. Ric worked for Charlotte County as an building inspector. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 40 years and friend of 50 years Patti Towne, daughters, Brandi Towne and Megan (Orloff) Civil, a son, Seth (Tara) Towne. Grandchildren, Seth Towne II , Avery Towne , Brielle Civil, Preston Towne, Braylon Civil. His sisters , Darlene (Dave) Rice and Diane Gullo, brothers Mark Towne and Tom Towne. Ric was preceded in death by brother’s Jerry Towne, Jeff Towne and sister Chris Davis.
A Celebration of Ric’s life will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Deep Creek Community Church at 1500 Copper Street, Punta Gorda, FL. Donations may be made to Charlotte County Animal Welfare or Timtebowfoundation.org
