Truly the kindest gentleman I was privileged to know thru our years of working together for the "cause" in Charlotte County and the State. His family should be proud to know how much he was loved by all he touched and for those he helped.

As you know I am very fond of your dad. I loved to visit him both in NYC and Port Charlotte. I never missed an apportunity to visit him whenever I was near his home either in NYC or Port Charlotte. Uncle Rupert was always excited to hear from me and visit with him, especially with the boys. I loved his sense of humor, and to talk about my dad, his travels and look at his pictures. I also enjoyed sharing a drink from his bar, especially scotch. I will truly miss Uncle Rupert and pray that he rests in eternal peace. May you find strength in the memories of his long and fulfilled life. My sincerest condolences in the words of M.S.Lowndes: I pray that in this time of loss, You'll feel God's love much more And that you'll find your comfort In the presence of the Lord I pray God pours upon you, His sweet amazing grace And overflow your heart with peace As you live in His embrace Denise
