SANDRA DAVIS CREEVEY, 71, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away March 15th 2013.

Sandy was born on October 24, 1941 in Dayton, Ohio. After high school, she graduated from Elkhart University of Medical & Dental Technique. Sandy moved from Dayton to Port Charlotte 30 years ago where she worked at several dental offices in the area, finally retiring from The Art in Dentistry office two years ago.

Sandy is survived by her loving family; one brother, Richard Davis (Judy); three daughters, Diane Busch (Mark), Pam Greco (David), and Gail Uebelacker (Steve); one niece, Jennifer Coppit (George) and one nephew, Richard Davis (Sybil); ten grandchildren; four great-nieces and nephews; four great-grandchildren; and a host of lifelong friends.

Visitation will be held 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday, March 18, 2013 following by a Prayer Service at 6:00 PM at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Funeral services and interment will be held in Dayton, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Sandy’s memory may be made to Tidewell Hospice, Inc., 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
