Sandra G. Longlois, 75, of Punta Gorda, Florida, passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at her Punta Gorda residence.

Sandra was born May 25, 1947 to Arthur and Isabelle Corl. She attended Buena Vista HS in Saginaw, Michigan.  She spent many years in Bay City Michigan where she raised two daughters and enjoyed golfing, bowling and volleyball. After moving to Florida she met and married Donald Longlois who she spent 28 years with until her passing. In her final years she enjoyed watching football (especially the Detroit Lions), golf and spending time with her dog Maggie.

She is survived by her husband Donald Longlois and daughter Sherry (Seth) Gutkowski, Grandchildren Kyle (Emily) Gutkowski, Amanda (Jeremy) Reisig, Shane Gutkowski, Mychal Austin and Alysa Austin. Also her siblings K.O. (Evelyn) Corl, Cindi Lenartowicz, Cathy Parker, Kim Corl, Carol (Larry) Wilkins and many nieces and nephews. Special mention also to Toni Berluti and Michelle Wurzbacher.  She was predeceased in death by her beloved daughter Deanna Austin and her parents.

Even though our hearts ache with her passing we take comfort in knowing she is pain free and look forward to the day when we will see her again.

A Memorial service celebrating Sandra’s life will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Roberson Funeral Home’s Punta Gorda Chapel located at 215 Mary Street in Punta Gorda.
