It was with great sadness and shock learning of Sean's passing. We had some very fun times with him as a GM at Sandoval. Enjoyed sailing with him and listening to the banter between Bill, Joe and him. He will certainly not be forgotten. Take care Debbie and Sophie.

My most sincere condolences to Sean's beautiful family. As a prior Board member, at Seven Lakes, I had the pleasure of working directly with Sean on various projects. He was smart, thoughtful, and just an extremely pleasant individual to work beside. He was just a fine gentleman with whom I will never forget when I think of the Seven Lakes community.

I was at a loss when I heard of Sean's passing. As a member of Seven Lakes, I was in dis-belief when the message was released. During the time Sean was here he did a remarkable job over seeing projects that have enhanced the quality of living here, but at the same time keeping cost to us residents as low as possible. We will miss his skills and determination keeping our community in the shape it is in. My sincerest condolences to Sean's Family. May Sean rest in peace, and may all of you find solace knowing the community he was currently taking care of, will miss him, and will find it difficult to find a replacement to take his position with us.

Sean was an effective, knowledgeable, and caring as the General Manager of Seven Lakes. When the pandemic arrived in March, 2020, he made certain that policies in line with CDC recommendations were swiftly in place. Those decisive actions protected the residents and staff in invaluable ways. Our prayers are with Sean's wife, children and family. Marcia and John Seven Lakes - Bldg. 2
Tonda Lawson left a message on April 19, 2021:
Sean was a joy to know and work with, as he cared deeply about providing the best benefits for the employees on behalf of the association. He always took a moment to chat with me about plant based recipes, positivity, gratitude and we could always wrap up any conversation with some track talk about how he wanted to find time to try Autocrossing. He will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences to Debbie, Sophie, his entire family, staff and friends. May Sean rest in peace with God's grace and blessing for all eternity.

The Friday that Sean passed away, we passed each other in the atrium. We said hi, smiled and Sean, of course, had that huge sheepish grin. Sean was a great asset for Seven Lakes for both us employees and residents. May white healing love and light wrap around his family to get them through this difficult time.
