Sylvia J. Hargreaves, 79, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Monday, January 18, 2016 at her home in Port Charlotte.
Sylvia was born to Otis and Helen McClamroch on December 2, 1936 in Salisbury, North Carolina. Sylvia was a woman who enjoyed life to the fullest especially when spending time with her family and grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by all who loved and knew her.
Survivors include her daughter, Victoria (Sean) Chichura of Port Charlotte; a sister, Jean (Dick) Foster of Port Charlotte; 2 brothers, Dale (Carol) McClamroch of Springhill, FL and Danny McClamroch of Suffield, OH; 2 grandchildren, Heather and Sean Jr. and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Victor Hargreaves.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date by the family.

I like to say that Sylvia was a wonderful lady and she would share with me her many items of cross stitching and how proud she was of her granddaughter, Heather. My prayers go out to her family.
