

William’s celebration of life will be held at Roberson’s Funeral Home, 2151 Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte, Florida on October 7th, 2021 Visitation starting at 3:00 P.M, followed by service from 4:00 P.M to 5:00 P.M. with Military Honors provided by the U.S. Air Force.
William “Bill” Howard Cartony,70, was born on September 29th 1951, in Stillwater Minnesota. He joined the Lord on September 30th 2021.
William, a resident of North Port Florida, was a proud Air Force Veteran whom served in Vietnam. William enjoyed his job working for the United States Postal Service, retiring in 2015 after 18 years. William was passionate about building and racing his car named “Billy’s Goat”. He also coached little league baseball, while he resided in California, passing along his knowledge and love of the game.
He will be joined in heaven by his Father Irven Cartony, Mother Madeline Cartony, also sisters Gloria Robinson and Nancy Gallant. He is survived by his loving wife Brenda Cartony and children, Tristan Cartony, Nick Cartony, and Catherine Foehner. 3 caring brothers Terry Cartony, Brian Cartony, Rick Cartony and 8 loving grandchildren.
