William Stanford (Stan) Noble, 64 of Port Charlotte, Florida, died Sunday, March 18, 2007 at his Port Charlotte residence.
Born December 21, 1942 in Kansas City, Missouri, to the late Jack and Louise Noble, Stan, a decorated U.S. Air Force veteran of Vietnam, two tours, retired from IBM sales division and moved to Florida in 1999. A resident of Port Charlotte since 2000, Stan, an avid golfer and always active, worked part time with the Appliance sales division at Home Depot of Port Charlotte, and was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 2121 and B.P.O. Elks Lodge 2153, both of Port Charlotte.
Stan will lovingly be remembered by his wife Barbara A. Noble of Port Charlotte, two sons William S. Noble, Jr. and Daniel A. Noble, both of Ruskin, FL, two daughters Amanda K. Noble of Bradenton, FL and Kristin K. Barton of Port Charlotte; a step-son Michael Souza of Fall River, MA and step-daughter Crystal Hyder of Venice, FL; four grandchildren, Corey, Alice, Abigail and Mina Noble all of Ruskin, FL; three sisters, Denise Roberts of Gravois Mills, MO, Judi Burkholder of Kansas City, MO, and Terri Tarvid of Kaiser, MO, and several nieces and nephews.
