William was born March 2, 1931 to Libertad and Celia Usera in Manhattan, New York and moved to Port Charlotte 22 years ago from Long Island, NY. He was a Korean War Veteran who served proudly in the U.S. Air Force. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend and will forever be missed by all who loved and knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Marineda; 2 sons, Michael Usera of Lincoln Park, NJ and Richard Usera of Rockaway Park, NY; his daughter, Stephanie Der Garabedin of Island Park, NY and 5 grandchildren.
A Memorial Service with Military Honors and inurnment will be held at a later date in Long Island, NY.
Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to sign the memory book and extend condolences to the family. Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home & Crematory Port Charlotte Chapel.
