Wilma was born July 26, 1927 to the late Albert and Etta (Mix) Parlett. She moved to Port Charlotte in 1975 from Pasadena, Maryland. She was a retired school bus driver for Charlotte County Public Schools, after working for Trail Toyota in Port Charlotte, and for Tate Chrysler Plymouth as a title clerk in Glen Burnie. US Army 1st Sgt. Michael Amrhein. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Amrhein of Port Charlotte.
