Debbie Harrington left a message on December 19, 2022:
Bill was such an outgoing, friendly and genuinely kind man. In The Harmony Bible Class, he was always attentive and soaked in whatever the class lessons were focused on. He loved The Lord! Bill was one of the volunteers that I could count on every year to help with Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Gifts Collection Week. I enjoyed that time to talk with Bill and Phyliss to share 'memories' of our collective past, laugh, and enjoy one another's company. I will miss Bill dearly. Debbie Harrington
