Avice Sunter left a message on March 2, 2026:
I last saw Charlotte after Bill died. We had lunch together and I was so happy to see her in good spirits, still enjoying life and the EXTENDED family! My former husband had worked with Bill at Walgreen's when we moved here in '73. I had met Charlotte at Jack Watters' office. Thruout the years as Bill A moved on to Easy Drugs, my Bill would occasionaly fill in, and, as I continued with Panther Hollow lodge, we kept in touch. Both Charlotte and Bill had been a delightfull addition to our new friends' list when we first arrived and we enjoyed catching up when our paths crossed time and again. One of my later years' memories was their coming to my son's graduation celebration from pharmacy school and I was so pleased. I know their children and grand/greats will feel the loss as well as the community at large. The Appels were a treasure!
