Patrick T. O’Brien, 65, of Englewood, Florida passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Peace River Regional Medical Center in Port Charlotte.

Patrick was born November 1, 1947 in Littleton, New Hampshire and moved to Englewood 10 years ago from Laconia, New Hampshire. He was a member of the Moose Lodge 1933 in Englewood, FL, United Associations Local 131 and USA Federal Aviation Administration. He enjoyed flying as a Recreational pilot for many years nonetheless his life was encircled by his love for his wife, children, grandchildren and friends. He was a caring man who constantly provided for his children and was always neighborly with everyone around him. Patrick will be forever missed by all who loved and knew him.

Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Evelyn O’Brien; his daughter, Erin Bonney O’Brien of Concord, NH; a son, Sean A. (Tanya) O’Brien of Hooksett, NH; 2 sisters, Kathleen Garner of Conway, AR and Fran Brozatis of Napa Valley, CA and 2 grandchildren, Riley and Gavin.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Inurnment will be held at a later date by the family.
