Kermit C. Kurbanali, 72 of Punta Gorda’s Deep Creek Subdivision, passed away Friday, January 2, 2015 in Port Charlotte, Florida.
Born March 18, 1942 in Trinidad, West Indies, Kermit immigrated to Long Island, New York. Following his retirement from Entenmann’s Bakery, he relocated to the local area in 1999.
He is survived by his wife Gloria L. Kurbanali; a son, Kermit C. Kurbanali, daughter, Rachel Ramai, and step-son, Lloyd Gray; 3 grandchildren, Hannah, Juliana and Star; brothers, Krishna Kurbanali, and Vishu and Joseph Maraj; sisters, Vendra Badallo and Joan Sookram; and numerous other extended family members.
Visitation and Funeral Services will be held this Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Roberson Funeral Homes Port Charlotte Chapel. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until start of service at 2:30 p.m. A private committal will be held at a later date.
