Chrisoula Hatzimouratides, 85, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Friday, January 30, 2026, at Tidewell Hospice House, Port Charlotte.
Chrisoula was born in Greece on January 6, 1941, and immigrated to Brooklyn, New York in 1962. In 1988 she moved to Port Charlotte with her late husband, Nicholas Hatzimouratides who died in 2021. She was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
Survived by her loving daughter, Maria (Adam) Thiele of Port Charlotte, FL; and a sister, Theaa Magda Petellis of Brooklyn, NY; granddaughter, Penelope Thiele, grandson, Nicholas Castellano; great grandchildren, Kalithiya Chrysoula Aguila and Spyro Aguila.
Funeral services will be held Friday 11 AM, January 6, 2026, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 24411 Rampart Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33980. Visitation will be from 10 AM until service time at the church. Rev. Dr. Michael Bahlatzis will officiate. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.
