Elda Elaine Eisaman, 88, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025. She was born on June 6, 1937 in Connellsville, Pennsylvania to the late Adam and Catherine Wiltrout.
Elaine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and friend to many. Elaine will best be remembered for the shining example of her life as a truly good person, which was reflected in her numerous accomplishments. She was very gracious of her time and volunteered with charities such as The Care Program for Domestic Violence, The Junior Women’s Club of Greensburg, PA, hosting foreign exchange students and being a foster and adoptive parent. She belonged to organizations such as Eastern Star and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She completed her education where she was a member of the first graduating class of Charlotte Technical Vocational Center for LPN’s. She worked in the physical therapy department at Fawcett Memorial Hospital and then worked for many years with Dr. Adelina Flores. While doing all of this, she assisted her husband Cliff in founding their business, Cliffs Air Conditioning & Heating, which is still in business today. In Elaine’s spare time, she enjoyed knitting, going to look at antiques and gardening. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, which was obvious from her ever-present smile.
Elaine married her high school sweetheart, Cliff, in 1954 and enjoyed a 53-year union prior to his passing. They were blessed with daughters Karen (Mike) Miller of Port Charlotte, Kathy (Bill) Shaffer of Punta Gorda, Pam (Brian) Craven of Eustis and son Jeff (Carol) Eisaman of Arcadia, FL, along with 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Elaine was the oldest of 7 siblings. Joann (David) Germadnik of Reedsville, WV, Joyce (Donald) Garris of Latrobe, PA, Jean (Ervin) Boyce of Derry, PA, Edward (Judy) Wiltrout of Bartow, FL, Norma (Barry) Lambert of Port Charlotte, FL and James Wiltrout of Florida. She was also survived by sister-in-law Dottie (Jack) Johnson of Port Charlotte, FL.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cliff, her daughter Pam Craven and her son in law Brian Craven, her son in law Mike Ruffner, her grandson, Allen (Brett) Baumeister, brothers in law David Germadnik and Donald Garris, and brother James Wiltrout.
Elaine’s life will be celebrated privately by her family where she will be reunited with her beloved Cliff. In lieu of flowers, those that wish to honor her memory can donate to Tidewell Hospice of Charlotte County or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
