Kevin James Wilson, 55, of North Port, Florida passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023, at ShorePoint Health-Port Charlotte in Port Charlotte, Florida.
Kevin was born to Robert Lee Wilson and Donnie Hoppes on May 18, 1967, in Akron, Ohio. Kevin was very much a family man. Loved spending time with them especially around the pool. He loved his work as a project manager for construction and his colleagues. Kevin was a great man and will forever be missed by all who loved and knew him.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Jennifer Lynne Wilson; his 3 sons, Joseph A. (Alicia) Wilson of Peoria, AZ, Joshua M. Wilson of Sarasota, FL and Jeremiah C. Wilson of North Port, FL; his daughter, Jennifer M. Alix (David) of Port Charlotte; his loving mother, Donnie Hoppes of Davenport, FL; his sister, Kelly (Scott) Williams of Davenport, FL; his brother, Robert Lee Wilson, Jr. of Akron, OH; 5 grandchildren, Zachary, Benjamin, Kinsley, Liam and Adeline; 6 nieces and nephews, Jessica, Matt, Kasey, Alex, Nicole and Nicholas and 4 great nieces and nephews, Benson, Emma, Jordan and Nick.
There are no services scheduled at this time.
Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home and Crematory Port Charlotte Chapel.
