Lionel L. Paquin, age 103, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at his home in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Lionel served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was retired after many years of service from the Attleboro, Massachusetts, Fire Department, where he achieved the rank of Captain.
Lionel was preceded in death by his wife, Rose (Delhaie), 5 brothers and 5 sisters. He is survived by his two sons, Robert (Celine) and Arthur (Nancy); three grandchildren, Michael, Steven and Lynn; and three great grandchildren, Kyle Watt and Gailine.
Interment with military honors by a U.S. Navy Honor Guard will be held Thursday 12:30 PM, January 9, 2025, at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
