He was born December 27, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Port
Charlotte in 1979 from Lakewood, Ohio. He was a retired police officer for the
City of Lakewood. Member of the Port Charlotte Golf Club, Masonic Lodge No. 703
of Rocky River, OH, Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #25 of Ohio, Elks Lodge No.
2153 of Port Charlotte and American Legion Post #110 of Port Charlotte. Richard was a veteran of World War II, U.S. Navy.
He is survived by wife, Joan Louise Keller of Port Charlotte; three daughters,
Donna Golla of Medina, OH, Dianne Missig of Naples, FL and Debbie Kreiner of
Creston, OH; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren.
