On September 15th, 2025, Rinaldini Di Maio, 93, of Port Charlotte, Florida, was peacefully called home to the Lord.
Born on August 2, 1932, Rinaldini lived an abundant life, full of love, poise and faith. He carried with him an elegance and spirit that never dimmed, and lived a life defined by discipline, charm and devotion to his family.
Rinaldini loved intentionally and lived with a deep sense of purpose. His remarkable presence was striking, and he touched the lives of all who knew him. He became a beloved figure in his community and will eternally be the heart of his family. Before moving to the United States of America, Rinaldini built and managed a successful business. Trained as an accountant, he later combined his sharp business skills with his creative spirit to open a blooming floral business in Port Charlotte. He was greatly admired for his vibrancy, meticulous nature, pride in punctuality, commitment to excellence and most importantly his exceptional heart.
Rinaldini is preceded in death by his mother and father Rosa & Gerardo Di Maio, and his brothers Dr. Joseph Musci, Nick Di Maio and Rudolph Di Maio. He is proudly survived by the love of his life, Viviane, of 58 years, his two sons, Renaldo and wife Rowena, Lorenzo and wife Lauren, his daughter Gina and husband Jeff, his grandchildren, Jonathan, Christopher, Brianna, Danielle, Landon, Knox, his soon-to-be great-granddaughter, and many dear friends. His family and friends will forever be graced by his love and carry forward his honorable legacy.
Rinaldini’s signature phrase was, “That’s Life.” He said it with a sparkle in his eyes, not in bitterness, but in surrender to the Lord.
