Rupert was born April 4, 1924 in Jamaica, West Indies and moved to Port Charlotte in 1992 from New York City, New York. He was an owner of the taxi service in New York for many years before retiring to Florida. He was an avid sports viewer who enjoyed every sporting game there is. He was a wonderful man who was loved by everyone and will be remembered by all.
He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Mildred S. Notice; his son, Robert Notice of New York, NY, stepsons, Harold Stewart of Costa Rica and Roberto Stewart of Atlanta, GA; 3 step-daughters, Margarita McBean of Miami, FL, Lorna Stewart of New Castle, CO and Xiomara Braziel of Port Charlotte, FL; 3 sisters, Louise Duffas, Esmina Jikiemi and Mavis Williams all of London, England; 3 brothers, Herbert and Frank Notice both of New York, NY and Eric Notice of Washington, DC and 3 Grandchildren, Maxcine, Monique and Malcolm and a host of nieces and nephews.
