Vincent Joseph Robert Allen, 30, of Englewood, Florida passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
Vincent was born to John and Christine Allen on January 7, 1996, in Medina, Ohio. He was smart, kind, funny, a bit of a spitfire, but most of all, a very loving man. Anything said about him will truly not be enough. Vincent loved his politics almost just as much as he loved his family. There was so much to talk (or debate) about if he were around. If not for his disease (Duchenne’s muscular dystrophy), he probably would’ve run this country happily.
His most loved hobbies consisted of many things including video gaming with his father and brother, building Legos, hunting for collectibles, and watching movies with his family. He always wanted a job in life, but what he didn’t realize was that he already had a career. He taught us many things without him (or us) even knowing. He taught us patience, knowledge, and ultimately, love. For all of this, we can never thank him enough. We all hope he knows how much he is missed, but we’re so happy that he’s finally free from DMD and the hardships he’s endured. We yearn to hear that contagious laugh or witness his undying spirit once again. We will miss you so very much Vinny. You will always be in our hearts and on our minds. You’ve made an impact on so many.
He is survived by his parents, Christine and John Allen; his sister Elissa Shuleva (husband Michael); his brother Jacob Allen (partner Alexis); his niece Adriana; his nephews Camren and Caleb; his grandparents, Joseph and Jean Allen, and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Blumenthal.
A celebration of life will be held in the near future. Reach out to the family for further details.
