Amanda was born June 20, 1982 in Wuerzburg, West Germany. She moved to Punta Gorda 20 years ago with her mother from Maryland.
Survived by her husband William Michael Legrand; a daughter, Ivy Marie Legrand; two sons, William M. Legrand, Jr and Haydn Legrand; mother, Angel M. Tregunna; father, Robert Allen Culpepper; and two brothers, Robert Wade Culpepper and James Gilbert Culpepper.
Family, friends and neighbors are invited to attend a candlelight Memorial Service celebrating Amanda’s life that will be held Saturday, 8:30 PM, August 24, 2019 at Harbor Walk on the Peace River across the street from Bayfront Health-Punta Gorda, Florida. Please bring a candle. Remember and be aware that mental illness is real.
