Mrs. Angelina Giramma, 86, of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away Friday, March 20, 2009 at TideWell Hospice & Palliative Care House in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Angelina was born on February 2, 1923 in Italy. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Angelina lived in Cranston, Rhode Island until relocating to Port Charlotte in 1987. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and the Son’s of Italy Lodge 2507 in Port Charlotte.

Angelina is survived by her beloved children; a daughter Margherita DaCosta of Port Charlotte, FL; sons, Giovanni Giramma of North Port, FL Joseph Giramma of Pittsfield, MA, and Louis Giramma of Ashfield, MA; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Sisto Giramma.
