Annie E. Bonnell, 85, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Saturday, February 18, 2012 at her residence in Port Charlotte. She was born September 5, 1926 in Windsor, Canada and moved to Detroit, Michigan in 1943 and moved to Port Charlotte in 1989. She worked at Arnold Home for the aged in Detroit for twenty six years as Assistant director of administration and office manager for Dr. Walters in Southfield, MI for ten years. Past- President of American Business Woman’s Association from 1987-1988 in Pontiac, MI. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who will be missed but not forgotten.
Survived by her loving husband of 65 years of marriage, Raymond Bonnell of Port Charlotte; a son, Raymond J. Bonnell of Port Charlotte; three grandchildren, James Raymond, Nicole Ann & Tammy Lynn Bonnell; three great grandchildren, Amber Llene Bonnell, Kailee Mitchell, and Kip Mitchell.
Visitation will be from 10 A.M. until the start of Funeral Service at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday February 22, 2012 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Rev. Scott Smallwood will officiate. Committal and interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte
