For years we enjoyed being with Lee and George on the dance floor. She would almost always have candy to give us. If we said "no thanks", she woud insist. The last time we had lunch together at Perkins, she bought us all cookies and muffins. We enjoyed her frankness as she always spoke her mind. We wil remember her with kind thoughts. We will miss her. Love, Mary and Bob

There are a couple of things I remember most about her. The way she would tell stories and have her husband back her up, she would say "We went to the mall....isn't that right George"....and we went in this store......isn't that right George........and we bought............isn't that right George, and George would sit there nodding his head and saying "that's right Ma"..... Or the time she had us over for dinner to watch the Kentucky Derby and she asked us where the Derby was held?....we said "where do you think" and after she named at few states and George said the K-e-n-t-u-c-k-y Derby......you could see the light go off and she'd say "Kentucky"? and we all clapped for her! But the most that I remember was the great love she had for family and friends. She was one special Lady and I'll miss her alot.....
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I am thinking of those times when I would walk into your house to find her cooking up something in the kitchen (offering me a taste) or playing cards with your Dad and Aunt/Uncle every week-end. Wonderful memories, wonderful life led!
