Barbara was born March 14, 1943 in Sparta, TN. She was a wonderful woman who enjoyed life to the fullest and will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Survivors include her son, Johnny Awayne Meadows; grandson, Brandon Meadows; her sister, Ella Rae Hawkins (Lofty-Miller) and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by son, LaWayne Meadows; her parents, Floyd James Hawkins and Ida Ann (Lewis) Hawkins; her husband, David Harms; her brothers, Herbert Vernon Hawkins, Floyd Jeremiah Hawkins; her sisters, Janie Annabelle Hawkins (Edmonds-Fie), Bonnie Amelia Hawkins (Whittaker-Swain) and Nellie Ruth Hawkins (Shoemaker).
