Bernard Edward Corrigan, 65, of North Port and of Ellwood City, PA.
passed away Monday, September 22, 2008 peacefully at his home in North Port, FL after a two year battle with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

He was born May 27, 1943 to Bernard and Dorothy Corrigan who were Scottish immigrants. He grew up in Beaver Falls, PA and lived most of his working life in North Sewickley, PA. He served in the US Army after high school then decided on a career in the steel industry where he worked for over 40 years.

He loved golfing when he had spare time and would visit Florida often, which is where he wanted to retire.

Survived by his daughter, Denise E. (Husband- Robert) LaPergola of North Port;
a son, Bernie Corrigan of CA; four grandchildren, Corrigan “Cory” Andrews, Bailey
LaPergola, Riley LaPergola, and Patrick Bernard LaPergola;

There will be a memorial service at a later date by the family.
