Beryl E. Jackson, 99, of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at her Port Charlotte residence.

Born on January 9, 1926 in Jamaica, West Indies, Beryl, a retired Healthcare worker, lived in Hartford, Connecticut with her husband Charles B. Jackson until they relocated to Port Charlotte, Florida in 1983. Both were members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Port Charlotte.

Beryl was preceded in death by her parents Eric and Martha (née-Thomas), and her beloved husband of 61 years Charles in 2009.  She is survived by her children, Adrian Jackson, Aden and Grace Jackson, Kingsley and Raquel Jackson; Sullivan and Marcia Brown, Cecilia Jackson, and Nathan and Carol Meredith; a sister-in-law, Eulalee Miller, 18 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 Am with viewing from 10:00 Am until service time on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church located at 2036 Loveland Blvd in Port Charlotte.  Committal service followed by entombment will be held at Restlawn Memorial Gardens cemetery in Port Charlotte, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.

Memorial contributions in Beryl’s name are suggested to the Port Charlotte Adventist School, 2100 Loveland Blvd, Port Charlotte, Florida 33980.
