Beverly Ann was born on December 14th, 1970 in Ft. Myers, Florida. She was born to Buford and Mary Ruggs. She was the tenth of eleven children.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Ruggs of Port Charlotte, Fl; fiancé, Francisco (Poncho) Alanso of Port Charlotte, Fl; sisters, Mary Grant (Lester) of Labelle, Fl; Diane Crowl (Randy) of Punta Gorda, Fl; Ruth Stowell of Tennessee; Brandy Perry of Michigan; brothers, Dale, Richard, and Ronnie Ruggs of Michigan; Ernest Stowell Jr. (Sherri) of North Carolina; Frederick Stowell of Alaska; Roy Stowell of Arcadia, Fl; Richard Stowell of North Carolina; Keith Stowell (Nancy) of Punta Gorda, Fl; and Gregory Ruggs of Port Charlotte, Fl. There are many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins along with best friend and sister Missy Summerall and best friend Lois Summerall. She will be missed dearly by all who loved and knew her.
