Carl Whisler
March 16, 1944 - November 5, 2009

Carl F. Whisler, 65, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009 at Peace River Regional Medical Center in Port Charlotte.

Carl was born March 16, 1944 in Oak Park, Illinois and moved to Port Charlotte 34 years ago from River Forest, Illinois. He was the Director of Finance for the Charlotte Mental Health in Punta Gorda. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 2121 for many years. Carl was a respected man who will be missed dearly by his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Carol Clifford and Ann Marie Sparks of St. Louis, MO; a brother, Robert R. Whisler of Punta Gorda, FL; a sister, Jane Coughlin of Oak Park, IL; and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving brother, William Whisler.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 2121 in Port Charlotte at a later date by the family.
