Cathy was born on March 20, 1959, to the late Willa lee(Brown) and Raymond Morgan in Peoria, Illinois. She is survived by two sisters, Donna M. Hinch and Linda Morgan Reeves, two brothers, Ralph Morgan, and Ray Morgan all From Tennessee and many nieces and nephews.
