She was born October 15, 1935 in Newark, New Jersey to the late Charles And Marion (Tully) Wolff. Colleen and her husband moved to Port Charlotte 29 years ago from Cranford, New Jersey. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church of Port Charlotte.
She is survived by her loving family, her husband, Edwin F. Lips; two sons, Kevin A. Lips and
Edwin C. Lips; and 3 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM, January 26, 2019 at Roberson Funeral Home
Port Charlotte Chapel, 2151 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33948. Interment will be in the
Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
