David Wayne Steinbrook, 73, of Rotonda West, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at his Rotonda West residence.
Born to the late Marguerite and Clyde Steinbrook, Jr. on September 12, 1950, in Chillicothe, Ohio, David, a veteran of the Air Force National Guard, lived most of his life in his native Ohio with his beloved wife of 53 years, Beverly Ann (Duhl) Steinbrook. He and his wife raised a beautiful daughter, Kelly. David enjoyed hunting when he was younger, spending time with his family at home, sitting on the lanai listening to music and watching wildlife on the canal in back of their home. He also had a love of history, especially that of World War II.
David spent most of his career working in auto sales, the last 18 years with the auto auction before retiring. David and Beverly retired to Southwest, Florida in 2016, settling in Rotonda West.
While preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Marguerite, David is survived by his loving wife Beverly, their daughter, Kelly (husband Bill) Woodrum of Ohio; three grandchildren, Bridgette Hahn, Zachary Woodrum, and Tanner Woodrum; a sister, Kathy (husband Tom) Jones of Ohio; a brother, Roger (wife Susan) Steinbrook of Englewood, Florida; many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
