Doreen was born February 27, 1922 in Jamaica, West Indies and moved to Port Charlotte in 2000 from Pelham, New York. She was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant for numerous years. She was an adoring woman who cared for countless people and will unquestionably be missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Royel W. Campbell; a son, Fitzroy A. (Annette) Campbell of Yonkers, NY; a brother, Kenneth Bailey of England; 2 sisters, Daphne Daswell of Canada and Theresa James of New York, NY; her grandson, Carey Dixon of Long Island, NY and 7 other grandchildren; her caretaker, Joyce M. Bonner of Avon Park, FL; 9 great-grandchildren; the matriarch, Olive Rose and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Pamela D. Foot and a sister, Norma James.
