To the Family. We the Celestial Ushers extend our heartfelt sympathy in th passing of our Sister in Christ, Dorothy L Jones. Dorothy was a faithful member of our Ushers Ministry until her move to Florida. Dorothy loved to entertain the members in her home and she was a very good cook. Whenever she visited Philadelphia she came to our church and contacted many members to let them know she was in town. We will miss her beautiful Hats and beautiful smile. Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him,and He shall direct your paths. Celestial Ushers. Monumental Baptist Church. BIBLE WAY BAPTIST CHURCH Rev. McKinley Gaither, Founder Dr. Damone B. Jones, Sr., Senior Pastor Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved” -Psalm 55:22 To: Brother Anthony Jones & Family: Dr. Damone B. Jones, Sr., Senior Pastor, Dr. Melissa Jones, First Lady, Pastoral/Administrative Staff, Men's Ministry, Officers, and the entire Bible Way Baptist Church Family, extend our heartfelt sympathy in the passing of your beloved mother, Dorothy Louise Jones. In times like these, words prove inadequate to express our sorrow. You are heart-broken and your pain may seem intolerable now, but know that God will wipe away all tears in His own time. Mothers are special people that introduce us to the world. They nurture us from infancy to adulthood. They are our friends and confidants. A mother’s loving heart prepares the way for the future of our being. Mothers show unconditional love, wisdom and support that only she and God can understand. Sis. Dorothy may be absent from this body, but her legacy will live on through the kindness each of you show, the comfort each of you share, and the love she brought into each of your lives. Sis. Dorothy instilled and supplied each of you as well as many others with wisdom beyond measure. Our prayer is that God will surround you with His love and continue to uphold you in His arms of peace. “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” —Lamentations 3:22-23 Humbly Submitted Friday December 20, 2019, The Bible Way Baptist Church Deacon James Robinson, Chair of Deacons Trustee John Turner, Chair of Trustees Dr. Damone B. Jones, Sr., Senior Pastor

Dear Kim and family, My heart is sadden to hear of your loss. Your mother was truly an AMAZING woman. As a child coming to your house almost daily after school, she ALWAYS made me feel welcomed AND special. I remember being hugged tightly and feeling loved! WHAT a legacy! When I became a mother and my children had their friends visit, I modeled my behavior after her. My house became that " Kool-Aid" house too. Thanks Mom Jones for being such a Godly example for me! Love, Dooty
