Edmundo P. Cubelo, 71, of North Port, Florida passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte. He was born December 6, 1938 in the Philippines and moved to North Port in 2004 from Elmont, New York. He was a retired Import and Export manager. Member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Port Charlotte. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and a best friend. We love you and miss you.

Survived by his loving wife Clarita Cubelo of North Port; two loving sons, Jeremy G. Cubelo and Winfred P. Cubelo both of Oceanside, NY;his mother, Isabel Padua Cubelo of Sunnyside, NY two sisters, Tomasita Cubelo Lopez of Ridge, NY and Veneranda Cubelo of the Philippines; three brothers, Napoleon Cubelo of Virginia, Manuel Cubelo of Sunnyside, NY,and Michael Cubelo of the Philippines; many nieces and nephews.

There will be a visitation Wednesday, October 6, 2010 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 1:30 PM Thursday, October 7, 2010 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Port Charlotte.

Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte.
