She served in the Land Army and was a survivor of the London bombing during WW II. She was a war bride who came to the USA on the Queen Mary in 1946.After being a homemaker for many years, she was a secretary for the US Government at Fort Monmouth, NJ, until she retired to Florida in 1985 where she continued to enjoy her passions; gardening, sewing and reading. She will be missed by many.
