Born Frances E. Corson on July 5, 1914 in Chicago, Illinois, Frances, a secretary for Ford Motor Company for 20 years prior to her retirement, lived in Sandusky, Ohio with her husband Edward until relocating to Port Charlotte in 1975. She was Methodist.
Frances is survived by her beloved children; daughter Janet Paul of Port Charlotte, and son, Mark Foote of Breman, Indiana; four grandchildren, Kristine, Joe, Mike and Annmarie; and four great grandchildren, Kristin, Benjamin, Emma Grace and Anna Elizabeth. Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Edward C. Foote on November 25, 1994.
