Mrs. Grace M. Eikanger, 90, of Punta Gorda, Florida, formerly of Jeffersonville, Indiana, died Monday, April 26, 2010.

Grace was born September 8, 1919 in Duluth, Minnesota, to the late John H. and Ann (nee – Leveille) Wilkinson. A resident of Punta Gorda since 1985, Grace, a retired office clerk, was a loving wife, mother and great, great grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Paulann G. (Benny) Devore of Mooresville, IN; 2 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild. Grace was preceded in death by her beloved husband of more than 60 years, Paul John Eikanger, and a son, John Paul Eikanger.

Grace was one of my best friends and we go back quite a few years. She was always willing to help in any endeavor, and I loved her dearly. We will miss her sunny smile and disposition.
