Hazel Eileen Bowden, 76, of North Port, Florida passed away Sunday August 1, 2010 at the Douglas T. Jacobson State Veterans Nursing Home in Port Charlotte. She was born February 12, 1934 to her parents Chester and Donna Woods Wyatt in Rogersville, Tennessee and moved to North Port in 1970 from Fort Myers. Hazel was a Veteran of the Korean War in the US Air Force. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed very much, but not forgotten.
Survived by four daughters, Teresa L. Harvey of North Port, Dona McNeal , Judy Summers and Georgetta Collins all of Fort Myers; a Son, Daniel McNeal of Fort Myers; two brothers, Shelby Wyatt and Michael Wyatt both of Indiana; a sister, Imogene Hammons of Ohio; fifteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her daughter, Tina Marie McNeal and husband Malcolm W. Bowden .
