Hector was born May 6, 1953 of New York City, New York and moved to Port Charlotte 3 years ago from Aibonito, Puerto Rico. Hector was a Vietnam Veteran who served proudly for the U.S. Navy. He was a member of San Antonio Catholic Church. Hector was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a wonderful man who cared about people and his church. He will be missed dearly by all who loved and knew him.

He is survived by his 3 sons, Hector Rodriguez, Jr. and Moses Rodriguez of Pennsylvania and Sebastian M. Rodriguez of Hawaii; his mother, Candida Pignatore of Port Charlotte; 7 sisters, Linda Osterfeld, Ruth Stoll and Victoria Pignatore all of Virginia, Mildred Garcia of Port Charlotte, Miriam Alvarado of San Lorenzo, PR, Marisol Rodriguez of Orlando, FL and Carmen Morales of Puerto Rico; 4 brothers, John Pignatore of Myrtle Beach, SC, Russell Pignatore, Jr. of Manassas, VA, Juan Rodriguez and Luis Morales of Puerto Rico; and Numerous grandchildren, family members and friends all from NY, PR, VA and PA.
