Helen was born May 29, 1916 in Buckingham, Quebec, Canada and moved to Port Charlotte in 1979 from Montreal, Canada. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was a member of the Council of Catholic Women. She will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Helen is survived by her two sons, Michael J. LeBourdais of LacGuidon, Canada and Irene’e LeBourdais of Quebec, Canada; a grandson, Philippe LeBourdais of LacGuidon, Canada.

I was the Director of Pastoral Care at Bon Secours-St. Joseph and now Peace River Regional Medical Center. She was a very faithful Volunteer in the Pastoral Care Department for many years bringing Communion to the Sick. The devotion to duty and care for the people who were sick were the characteristics of Helen's warm and quiet personality that I most remember and miss.
